About KALOOTA
KALOOTA is Naloti’s coaching practice for people ready to get honest about what they want, make a plan, and move forward.

Naloti has lived through different forms of transition and built a career working with people, programs, systems, and organizations. She understands that a good plan has to work in real life—not just sound good on paper.
KALOOTA is built around a simple idea: Dream it. Figure out what you want. Make a plan. Build what's next. That does not mean pretending every decision is easy. It means making room to think clearly, name what matters, and take the next useful step.

What that means in coaching
KALOOTA coaching is conversational and individualized. Naloti listens first, reflects back what she is hearing, and asks the questions that help you get clearer. When it is useful, she will challenge an assumption or point out a pattern—but she will not decide your life for you.
Clients can expect to clarify what they actually want, look honestly at what may be getting in the way, set meaningful goals, make a realistic plan, and take action. The work is not about generic advice or a perfect answer. It is about leaving with more clarity and next steps you can use.
Listen. Reflect. Challenge. Clarify. Set goals. Make a plan. Take action.
KALOOTA provides coaching, not therapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support.
