KALOOTA provides coaching intended to help clients clarify goals, consider options, make practical plans, and take action. Coaching is a collaborative process, and you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

KALOOTA coaching is not therapy, mental-health treatment, medical treatment, crisis intervention, legal advice, or financial advice. KALOOTA does not diagnose, treat, or provide care for medical or mental-health conditions, and coaching is not a substitute for licensed professional services.

You agree to provide accurate information when making an inquiry, booking a session, or using the website. You agree to use KALOOTA's website and services lawfully and respectfully.

If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, contact 911, 988, or the appropriate emergency or crisis resource in your area. Do not rely on KALOOTA coaching for emergency, crisis, medical, mental-health, legal, or financial assistance.

Individual coaching sessions are 60 minutes and cost $100. Payment is due when the session is booked unless KALOOTA agrees otherwise in writing.

Scheduling and payment may be handled through third-party providers. Your use of those providers is also subject to their applicable terms and policies.

KALOOTA's Cancellation & Refund Policy is part of these Terms of Service. Please review that policy before booking a session.

KALOOTA does not guarantee any particular outcome, result, employment opportunity, educational outcome, financial outcome, or personal result from coaching. Progress and results depend on many factors, including the actions and circumstances of each client.

KALOOTA may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or coaching services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
